WELCOME

on the homepage of Marina Trapp. My profession is architect and
my matter of concern is to build houses at high quality 
standards for reasonable prices.

I was born in Germany, studied and worked there (of course
in construction).
For many years I was working as a 'normal architect' advising, 
designing building and renovating.
Also for a very long time I was director of a department  for 
construction supervision in a medium-sized (about 50,000 
inhabitants) city in Germany.

With good reason, I may say, that I've considered all the architecture from 
all points of view. 
From the perspective of the architect, from the perspective of the craftsmen, 
from the perspective of the authorities and of course from the 
perspective of clients.

It's because once in a while I need challenges in my life, I am living now 
for several years in Spain. In a country I love so much since I was a kid.


In the Mediterranean environment, I learned that precision and quality
does not have the same significance as in Central or Northern Europe.

So I would like to extend my concerns and ensure that my clients
here get the quality they are accustomed from their home countries.
