When the decision to live and to work in Spain was done, of course 
it was necessary to deal with ideas of how and what to offer  as service.
Sure, as an architect.

So, the basic services were already layed down,

      German and Spanish architects.

      process, detailed design, commissioning and construction  
      management
>   Consulting and project management
>   Construction management, quality control and certification
>   Safety and health coordination (SIGEKO)
>   Interior design and detailed planning
>   Lighting design and lightning control

Not really classic but as an offer

>   If desired - from green building mud house to 
     Energy efficient house with modern technologies
>   If desired - construction on principles of Vastu or Feng Shui.

This is only the classical catalog of services. But we have decided 
fore a higher  service level.
Let's take an example at this point:
What, if you will not be allowed to construct the building you 
have planned on the plot of land you have bought? Or even worse:
you don't have even a chance to get a building permission?
An expensive and annoying disaster.

We can check your plot for a building permission - even before
you hve bought it.
We also can offer to search a plot by using your 
given specifications.


And of course one thing should still be said at the end:

All our services are available separately.
You can take services out of our package if you want to do it 
by yourself or if a order is done or should be done by others.

But one thing is always a principle for us:

Quality is our benchmark.


For the insiders, the architecture - or engineering offices
the customer like us to work together:

We usually work with the CAD programs
TurboCAD and AutoCAD. With this programs we can cover
all the common architectural standard data formats world wide.

We are using hardware output media up to Plotter size  A0.

We also use printers and scanners in different performance 
classes.

That we can establish data connections world wide is just state of 
the art and is said just for completeness.
